We are looking for a BizOps Lead to join the team, reporting to the Head of BizOps, focused on strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional projects.

In this intermediate level individual contributor role, you may:

  • Optimize pricing and packaging, ensuring that the company's offerings are both attractive to customers and profitable

  • Build financial models and analyses to evaluate new and existing opportunities

  • Contribute to corporate development activities: fundraising, strategic partnerships, investor relations, M&A, etc.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate and respond to emerging trends and to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth

This role is a good match if you:

  • Have 3-4 years of top tier investment banking / investing experience, ideally with a focus on software, technology, or digital infrastructure

  • OR Have 2-3 years of top tier consulting experience, ideally with a focus on software / technology; further experience in BizOps, product, or investing is also valued

  • Have some technical background (e.g., CS, EE, Applied Math, or related undergraduate degree, software engineering internships)

  • Are a clear communicator with a high-ownership mentality and bias to action

  • Are a problem solver: can operate at a level 4-5 on this hierarchy

If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!

We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities.
