Own the performance of a 30-plus-building real estate portfolio, leading property management, lease administration, workplace design, and construction specialists. Drive portfolio profitability, capital allocation, lease and renewal outcomes, scalable operating systems, and workplace effectiveness. The role requires complex multi-site operations leadership, financial decision-making, team development, execution, and hybrid attendance at the Post Falls, Idaho or Spokane, Washington office two to three times weekly.
Overview
Corporate Tools owns 30+ office buildings across 27 states. We use a portion of our building space for our own operations and lease the remaining space to tenants. We're going to buy more. Someone needs to run all of it like a business, and that someone might be you. This is classified as a Hybrid role meaning working 2-3 times a week in our Post Falls, ID or Spokane, WA locations.
Here's the twist: you don't need a real estate background. We'd rather hire a sharp business person who can run any team you hand them than someone who can recite cap rates but can't make a decision.
You'll own our real estate portfolio and lead the people who keep it running: property managers, lease administration, a workplace designer, and a construction project manager. They know real estate and asset management. Your job is making sure all that expertise adds up to a portfolio that costs less, earns more, and actually supports where the company is headed. If you can lead experts who know their craft better than you do, understand the business, drive ROI, and get things done without a 40-slide deck, keep reading.

Why Work Here
Honestly? We tried hiring a real estate expert. Then we realized we already have a bunch of them. What we're missing is the person who turns a team of specialists into a well-run business. You don't need to know a cap rate from a ceiling tile. You need to know how to ask good questions, read the numbers, and make a call.
