About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Operations professional to help scale the operating system behind one of the fastest-growing AI-native GTM companies. This role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive planning, execution, and decision-making across the company.

You'll work on the highest-priority initiatives, tackle ambiguous problems, and help turn strategy into action. One week you might be building the framework for annual planning, the next you could be driving a critical cross-functional initiative, evaluating a new market opportunity, or helping leaders make better decisions with data.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving hard problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants a front-row seat to building a category-defining company.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Own core business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, headcount planning, and resource allocation.

  • Build and maintain operating cadences that improve alignment, accountability, and execution across teams.

  • Analyze business performance and develop insights that inform key company decisions.

  • Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and metrics that help leaders understand the health of the business.

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Recruiting.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes that enable growth.

  • Support executive decision-making through financial, operational, and strategic analysis.

  • Evaluate new opportunities, investments, and business initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • Prepare executive materials, board content, and strategic recommendations for leadership discussions.

  • Serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team by ensuring the company's most important priorities move forward quickly and effectively.

You Might Be a Strong Fit If You
  • Have 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, Chief of Staff, or a similar analytical role.

  • Have experience operating in a high-growth technology company or advising them.

  • Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

  • Can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, unstructured problems.

  • Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

  • Have a strong bias toward action and ownership.

  • Enjoy working directly with senior leaders on high-stakes decisions.

Why This Role
  • Work directly with company leadership on the most important challenges facing the business.

  • Gain broad exposure across every function of the company.

  • Help shape the strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling AI company.

  • Own meaningful initiatives that have company-wide impact.

  • Join at a stage where your work can materially influence the trajectory of the business.
