About the Role:
LiveU’s Operations team is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student to support operations system and internal improvement projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical individual who wants practical experience in operations, project management, and process optimization within a global technology company. The job frame is 20 hours weekly (2-3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support internal operations projects focused on improving efficiency, cost, quality, and turnaround time
- Track project progress and support cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose practical solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for MIS-related requests, issues, and tickets within the Operations team
- Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure timely resolution and continuous system improvement
- Maintain operational documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Support onboarding and training of Operations team members on MIS tools
- Active undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering discipline – a must
- Availability to work two days per week and during holidays
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with MIS, BI, data tools, or AI systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and high sense of ownership
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Previous experience in operations or project coordination – an advantage
