In this HR Partner role, you will provide support for organizational design, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensure legal compliance for international offices, enhancing the employee experience at Vectorworks.

In this dynamic role, you will touch various aspects of human resources, from benefits to employee relations, to international matters. You will make a significant impact on our employees and business and support our Company’s efforts to establish and maintain a reputation as an employer of choice. You will also support Business Enablement activities for Vectorworks and our sister brands within the Nemetschek Group (the German parent company of Vectorworks).
Our People and Culture Team plays a crucial role in sustaining a harmonious and productive workforce. We support all employees in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, and United Kingdom during every stage of the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner support for Vectorworks.
- Provide organizational design oversight, support leadership development, and manage reorganizations.
- Administer employee surveys and support action plan development.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Work with the Nemetschek Total Rewards team to oversee benefit programs, audit costs, and coordinate open enrollment.
- Work with the Nemetschek Talent Management team to support career path development, talent management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Consider cultural differences when providing HR services to our international team members.
- Manage all aspects of leave (maternity, STD, LTD, parental, etc.).
- Ensure labor law compliance in the regions where Vectorworks holds offices.
- Facilitate the startup process of international offices with regard to HR matters and ensure all legal documents adhere to legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources field or equivalent years of related work experience are required.
- Prior experience working with international offices and handling international human resources matters is desired.

Compensation:
Annual compensation in the range of 120,000 - 140,000 USD. Eligible for company holiday and performance bonuses.
Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
