What you will do to contribute to the company's success

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Inside Sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and customer experience expectations.
  • Coach associates on sales skills, customer discovery, product positioning, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Drive performance through daily activity management, call reviews, one on ones, team meetings, and consistent follow up.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including incremental MRC, closed won revenue, add on sales, close rate, call activity, and overall goal attainment.
  • Create weekly action plans and provide timely updates on team progress, performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to remove obstacles, improve processes, and support business growth.
  • Reinforce expectations around Salesforce usage, opportunity management, notes, follow up activity, and accurate reporting.
  • Support the growth of ancillary products, including Tech Assist, Safe Guard, static IPs, eero, UCaaS, and other business solutions.
  • Help create a positive and accountable sales culture where associates are motivated, supported, and focused on winning.
  • Ensure the team is providing business customers with the right solutions based on their needs while delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Identify performance gaps and take timely action through coaching, documentation, and partnership with leadership when needed.
  • Stay engaged with market trends, promotions, product updates, and competitive activity to help the team sell effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • 5 years + sales leadership, call center leadership, or business sales experience preferred.
  • Experience coaching and developing sales associates to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and customer follow up expectations.
  • Ability to lead with urgency, accountability, professionalism, and strong communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and create action plans to improve results.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Care, Fulfillment, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations, provide clear feedback, and hold associates accountable.
  • Must be proactive, responsive, and able to operate in a fast paced sales environment.
  • A positive leadership style with the ability to motivate a team, drive change, and support company goals.
