We are looking for Business Systems Analyst with JIRA Exp in San Francisco, CA for 5+ months contract position.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.

· 3+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud experience.

· 2+ years of JIRA Cloud migration experience.

· 2+ years of comprehensive JIRA Cloud configuration experience.

· 2+ years of experience in data cleansing and data refinement of plain text files.

· 2+ years of experience in data mapping and data conversion efforts.

· 1+ years of Rational ClearQuest experience.

· 1+ years of Rational Quality Manager experience.

· Proven ability to conduct meetings and gather comprehensive requirements.

· Proven ability to produce clear, concise and high quality documentation.

· Proven ability to layout user interface for ease of use and simplicity without compromising functionality

· Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

· Proven ability to prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and high quality training material and train small teams of users.

· Proven ability to meet the requirements of the project and timelines.\

· Proven ability to quickly address issues during project

Desired Skills:

· Experience with Linux or Windows (Powershell) scripting tools.

· Ability to meet changing requirements and adapt in an Agile environment.
