As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role within our technology operations division, helping to bridge the gap between technical systems and financial/procurement operations. Our team is focused on building and optimizing technology cost models, streamlining procurement processes, and establishing strategic marginal unit rates of technology services. By leveraging cutting-edge analytical tools, digital workflows, and modern collaborative practices, you will help our organization analyze cost differences among technology options, ensuring sound investments and smart decision-making.

- Document and maintain marginal unit rates of technology services to drive transparency across technology offerings.
- Evaluate cost differences among technology options via Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) to guide platform selection.
- Initiate and coordinate procurement workflows, purchase requests, and capital justifications across business divisions.
- Write robust purchase justifications for capital, software maintenance, and professional services to facilitate timely executive approvals.
- Collaborate and interact effectively with US-based team members and stakeholders across US time zones.
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline operational workflows, automate routine financial tracking, and drive continuous team efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging digital and technological trends to inform cost-effective solution designs and support strategic business innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, technology cost modeling, or financial operations role
- 2+ years of experience conducting ROI analyses and Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs)
- 2+ years of intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data manipulation, pivot tables, modeling formulas) and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience utilizing enterprise procurement systems (such as Ariba)
- Ability to work during US business hours to support team members and partners across US time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience (e.g., in technology operations, financial analysis, or business systems analysis)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience presenting complex cost models to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a large-scale corporate IT or tech-focused organization
- Knowledge of FinOps principles or cloud cost-optimization strategies
- Demonstrated experience using digital tools or modern AI productivity software to automate workflows and optimize daily tasks
- General understanding of technology infrastructure concepts or public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
