The IT Business Systems (GTM) team at CoreWeave owns the GTM application stack that powers our end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead to quote to cash. We design and run the systems that support our hyper-growth AI cloud business, partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Billing Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant, and automated workflows.
What You’ll Do- Partner with Marketing and Marketing Operations to support campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and routing, and multi-touch attribution reporting within Salesforce and connected marketing systems.
- Own and strengthen lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management processes, including data quality controls, stage progression logic, and forecasting support for Revenue Operations and sales leadership.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and other GTM systems, ensuring clean and reliable data flow across the funnel.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and the core platform, using best practices for configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Contribute to Salesforce CPQ workflows—including products, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting—as part of a shared team effort.
- Support Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) initiatives and resolve complex production issues across Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated systems, including data, performance, and integration failures.
- Explore and build AI agents or AI-powered automation for GTM workflows, such as lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and quote-to-cash assistance.
- Partner with IT Product Owners and Administrators to translate business requirements and business requirements documents (BRDs) into clear technical designs, epics, and user stories.
- Support cross-functional GTM initiatives, including system consolidation, process unification, and enhancements tied to CoreWeave’s evolving commercial motion.
- Drive engineering best practices across the stack, including code reviews, test automation, sandbox strategy, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and documentation.
- Provide production support by triaging and resolving bugs and incidents quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Balance a mix of projects, enhancements, bug fixes, and day-to-day Salesforce administration as priorities shift.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing status updates and surfacing risks early.
We’re looking for a Business Systems Engineer (GTM) to help own the systems at the top of our GTM funnel. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Marketing Operations on lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality.
This is a team-based role. You’ll contribute across shared priorities rather than own a single functional area, with additional regular work spanning Salesforce CPQ, core platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation.
This role requires depth across the funnel. You’ll need to understand and actively support how Marketing and Marketing Operations generate leads and move them into the pipeline, while also bringing strong Salesforce engineering skills to build and troubleshoot CPQ and platform solutions. Top-of-funnel and Marketing Operations fluency is the highest priority, paired with a high bar for technical Salesforce development. Experience building AI agents or AI-powered automation for GTM use cases is a strong plus.
CoreWeave operates like a startup—fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving—and this role reflects that reality. Your day-to-day work will span net-new projects, enhancements, bug fixes, and standard Salesforce administration, with priorities often shifting as the business scales. You should be comfortable moving quickly across different types of work and providing hands-on production support when issues arise.
Who You Are- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with demonstrated strength across the core Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Marketing Operations, including lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, lead scoring and routing, or marketing automation platform integrations such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Solid understanding of lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management processes and how they connect to forecasting and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including products, pricing, discounts, quote templates, and approvals.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud Automation and production support, including triaging complex cross-system issues and implementing durable fixes.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and administration, including Sales Cloud, flows and process automation, Apex, SOQL, LWC, validation rules, permission sets and profiles, reports and dashboards, and data management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines for Salesforce, such as Gearset, Copado, Flosum, or native Salesforce DevOps tooling.
- Comfortable triaging and resolving bugs and incidents under time pressure.
- Comfortable balancing projects, enhancements, bugs, and administration tasks in a single day.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities and high ownership.
- Collaborative team player who contributes across shared priorities rather than operating within a single owned area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification, such as ADM 201 or equivalent; Platform Developer I and/or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered automation for GTM use cases.
- Prior experience working at a data center company or with a data center operations team.
- Experience supporting campaign attribution and multi-touch marketing reporting in Salesforce.
- Exposure to billing or usage-based systems and how top-of-funnel data flows downstream into quoting and revenue processes.
- Experience operating in change-controlled or SOX-compliant environments.
- Familiarity with GTM data platforms and metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline.
Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring unique backgrounds—even if you don’t check every box. Here are a few qualities we’ve found make someone successful on our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.
- You enjoy owning the systems and data at the front door of the GTM funnel, where marketing and sales strategy meet technical execution.
- You’re a strong partner to Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations and can translate between campaign strategy and Salesforce configuration.
- You’re comfortable solving complex CPQ and platform problems as part of a broader team’s shared workload.
- You’re curious about applying AI and automation to make GTM systems smarter and more self-service.
- You’re curious about CoreWeave’s business, including our data center operations, and want to understand how infrastructure realities shape GTM systems.
- You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity and rapid change, and you leave systems more reliable than you found them.
- You thrive in a startup-like, fast-paced environment and enjoy moving between projects, enhancements, bugs, and administration work.
