As a Campaign Execution Project Manager at Cengage, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing success by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated campaigns. This role blends strategic thinking with strong project management to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with customer journeys, and optimized for business impact. You will collaborate across multiple teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously improving processes and workflows.


What you'll do here:
  • Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
  • Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.
  • Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.
  • Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record.
  • Proficiency in Workfront is preferred, or a similar project management tool.
  • Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD
