Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is looking for a Campaign Manager to design and execute integrated, AI-powered marketing programs within the ecommerce segment. This role architects sophisticated multi-channel campaigns from concept through measurement, combining automation, intent signals, and creative strategy to drive meaningful engagement, audience growth, and measurable campaign impact across this fast-moving landscape. Thrives in a fast-moving environment with a startup mentality. Able to balance strategy and execution, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take ownership of campaigns from planning through optimization. Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever it takes to drive results.

What would you do if hired?
  • Architect integrated marketing campaigns from concept through post-campaign analysis, in alignment with global stakeholders and centralized decision-making frameworks. You will own the full arc, including the parts that fall between team lanes, and move on gaps before anyone has to flag them.
  • Translate business priorities into clear campaign strategies, target audiences, messaging frameworks, and channel plans, ensuring every program ties back to the revenue outcomes the company is chasing, not just the activity metrics that are easier to measure.
  • Build and manage a multi-channel campaign roadmap aligned to strategic marketing priorities and audience engagement objectives for the ecommerce segment.
  • Design and implement AI-powered campaign automation workflows using intent signals, behavioral data, and engagement patterns to trigger personalized outreach and nurture sequences. You will stay ahead of what AI makes possible in demand generation and bring new tools and approaches to the team before they become table stakes.
  • Use AI to accelerate content development, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, freeing your attention for the strategic and creative judgment that differentiates Celigo in the market.
  • Define campaign audiences using firmographic, behavioral, and intent data, and partner with product marketing and content teams to develop campaign narratives and asset requirements.
  • Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate tests) across messaging, creative, channels, and offers. You will ship the first version fast, gather real signal from actual performance, and iterate in tight cycles rather than waiting for the perfect creative before going live.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and events, coordinating timelines, assets, and launches across teams to ensure on-time, cohesive delivery.
  • Support field- and segment-specific programs, including ecommerce-focused events and campaigns.
  • Define success metrics and measurement plans for every campaign, then translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Working with MOPS, build and manage campaigns in Salesforce and HubSpot, including automation, tracking, and attribution, while ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting in partnership with RevOps.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes and workflows to scale execution as the team and the ecommerce segment grow.
  • Serve as the central go-to-market owner for the segment, working across Sales, Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, and Field Marketing to deliver cohesive, results-driven execution.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • You connect your campaigns to the company's revenue goals and make decisions based on outcomes rather than outputs. You ask why a program matters before you ask how to build it.
  • Strong analytical mindset: you turn campaign data into action, not just reports, and you can tell the story of what the data means in terms that leadership can act on.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and testing is built into the work, not a disruption to it.
  • Systems thinker: you design integrated campaign frameworks that connect data sources, automation tools, and go-to-market execution into cohesive, scalable programs.
  • Genuinely curious about where AI is taking demand generation and motivated to find new ways to apply it in this role, from automation workflows to audience modeling to creative development.
  • Comfortable owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, including the parts that cross team boundaries, without waiting to be directed.
  • Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without losing clarity on what success looks like for each one.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B campaign management or demand generation, with demonstrated progression to strategic campaign architecture roles.
  • Experience architecting and executing sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns for B2B SaaS that integrate automation, intent signals, and personalization (iPaaS or integration platform experience preferred).
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment with a startup mentality.
  • Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns aligned to strategic marketing objectives within the ecommerce segment.
  • Deep ecommerce fluency: understanding of platforms such as Shopify and NetSuite, integration ecosystems, buyer journeys, and the unique challenges of scaling ecommerce brands.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows, such as AI SDRs, intent data platforms, automated campaign orchestration, or similar AI-assisted execution tools.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $120,000 and $135,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Celigo is proud to be

  • A 2025 Gartner Customers’ Choice for iPaaS. The only vendor to receive this award.
  • Celigo is a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS for the second consecutive year
  • Celigo is ranked #1 iPaaS on G2 for multiple quarters and named a Leader in both B2B/EDI and API Management.
  • Celigo is a leading intelligent automation platform that puts the power of automation in the hands of every team, unifying workflows from the predictable to the fully agentic in a single platform.

Here you'll experience

  • Remote-first culture, built on trust, collaboration, and transparency
  • A high-growth, inclusive work environment where innovation thrives and ideas are implemented
  • Lightspeed learning opportunities to keep you at the leading edge of your field
  • Exceptional coworkers who challenge and inspire you daily

    • Wellness days and holidays to recharge
    • Parental leave and a generous benefits package
    • Monthly tech stipend
    • Recognition and career development opportunities
