About the Role:

The Marketing Operations team is the strategic backbone of our marketing efforts, building the scalable systems and processes that fuel our global growth, managing the marketing technology stack, and enabling seamless campaign execution. We collaborate across the company with sales, systems, and product marketing to drive efficiency and impact.

As Campaign Operations Manager (individual contributor), you will be responsible for the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to support go-to-market objectives, including integrated marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and partner channels. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders on end-to-end campaign delivery, defining execution strategy, technical requirements, and delivery timelines for numerous initiatives per quarter, and continually surface campaign performance and opportunities for optimization.

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign development and execution, including campaign and email builds, audience segmentation, testing and deployment, and continuous evaluation for process improvements.
  • Administer the day-to-day needs of the marketing automation stack and assist with the integration of additional systems.
  • Work with channel managers and marketing ops team to track and deliver campaign KPIs and create recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Support essential marketing operations processes and initiatives around the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and workflow automation.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and requests while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute to process documentation, templates and enablement; share campaign best practices with teammates and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing database management.
  • Past experience with the following tools is a plus: Pendo, Zuddl, 6Sense, AI automation tools.
  • Superior communication skills; highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong independent project and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated proficiency at handling multiple tasks and projects.
  • This is a remote USA and individual contributor role 

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

$89,000$111,000 USD
