Senior Manager, Campaigns Planning Operations

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Campaigns Planning Operations to join our Global Integrated Campaigns team. In this role, you will serve as a key connector between global campaign teams and business stakeholders — ensuring regional priorities, field signals, and market insights shape how we plan and execute campaigns. You'll be as comfortable driving alignment conversations with business leaders as you are building the operational mechanisms that make programs scale.
Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Planning & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional and business stakeholders to ensure their priorities, opportunities, and market signals are reflected in global campaign planning. Drive the alignment conversations that turn local insights into coordinated action.
  • Operational Orchestration: Facilitate planning sessions and build scalable processes, planning mechanisms, and operating rhythms that improve how cross-functional programs are executed — from intake and prioritization through to launch and measurement.
  • Strategic Alignment: Leverage your understanding of solution selling, pipeline generation, and campaign strategy to ensure that business requirements are effectively turned into actionable campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with regional and global teams to prioritize initiatives, identify opportunities, and drive execution against company goals. Facilitate smooth communication, identify gaps, and keep teams aligned across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Translation: Gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and bring it into the campaigns team to shape campaign direction and planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement, field marketing, or campaigns operations role, with a strong understanding of solution selling and pipeline generation.
  • Track record of building alignment with regional or field teams and translating those conversations into action.
  • Ability to develop insights from data (pipeline, productivity, field signals) and use them to drive program decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and cohesive campaign plans.
  • Experience building or scaling planning processes and operating rhythms in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across teams.
