Capco's Associate Talent Program (ATP) – NY 2027

LOCATION: New York

START DATE: June 2027

Who is Capco?

Capco is a global management and technology consultancy focused on accelerating digital transformation across Financial Services, Energy, and Insurance. We bring together bold thinking, deep industry expertise, and modern engineering to solve complex challenges for more than 100 global organizations. Capco operates at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology - with a relentless commitment to innovation, diversity, and impact.

Whether designing new operating models, implementing enterprise AI solutions, or reimagining customer experiences, we combine the discipline of consulting with the executional rigor of engineering.

What is the Associate Talent Program (ATP)?

ATP is Capco’s flagship early-career development program for future consultants. Designed for recent graduates and early professionals (up to 1.5 years of experience), the program immerses you in a fast-paced environment where business meets technology.

We are looking for future leaders who are not just tech-aware, but AI-native or possess some foundational understanding of AI concepts: consultants who are as comfortable facilitating C-suite workshops as they are designing intelligent workflows powered by GenAI.

Our program is designed to equip you with the essential tools to thrive as a consultant. Your ATP journey begins with an immersive two-week training experience focused on building both the technical and interpersonal skills needed to succeed from day one. The first two weeks will include core consulting training followed by a third week of extensive AI fluency bootcamp.

Your next step will involve working on client projects, taking on meaningful responsibilities from the start - rotating across different business and technical domains to build versatility. Your roles may include: Business Analyst (BA), AI Strategy Consultant, Tech Generalist, Product Analyst and UX/Design Strategy Contributor.

Sample Projects:

  • AI-Powered Process Redesign: Reimagine manual operations using GenAI, while embedding human oversight and regulatory controls.
  • Digital Operating Model Redesign: Help a global bank design an agile, cross-functional operating model to enable AI-led innovation.
  • Executive-Level Transformation Office: Support C-suite with program governance and product backlog optimization using agile frameworks.
  • Analytics & Automation Consulting: Identify inefficiencies in financial reporting and implement intelligent automation workflows.
  • Next-Gen Product Roadmap: Collaborate with business and tech leaders to define a multiyear strategy for AI-enhanced investment products.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Research market trends and create structured recommendations
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders
  • Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools
  • Help define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations
  • Contribute to shaping Capco’s own AI capabilities and offerings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Graduation date between Winter 2026 – Spring 2027
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
  • 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
  • Comfort working in teams that bridge tech and business
  • AI-native mindset: You don’t just use AI - you think with it
  • U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents only)

Who You Are:

  • strategic thinker who can break down complex business problems.
  • strong communicator - confident, polished, and presentable in front of clients.
  • generalist technologist - you may not go deep in any one language or framework, but you’re fluent in how modern technologies, especially AI, can transform businesses.
  • lifelong learner who adapts quickly and thrives in ambiguity.

Why Capco?

At Capco, you’ll work at the edge of business, AI, and engineering - partnering with industry giants and disruptive startups alike. We’re a flat, fast, and flexible organization that empowers junior talent to lead, contribute, and grow quickly.
