Overview 

We’re seeking a Change Manager, PM Consultant who will be responsible for supporting an enterprise cross functional PMO team by developing, defining and integrating change management best practices for all applicable program initiatives. This role will evaluate and redefine program activities and implement change management practices across systems, processes and people. This could include system integration efforts, tool implementations, employee trainings, enterprise level communications, and process optimization efforts. Experience with formal change management strategies utilizing PROSCI is necessary. This is a long term remote role (9 months+) working CST hours and will require travel once a month to Houston, TX. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship or transfer. All candidates must live and work in the US during the length of this engagement.


Responsibilities 

·      Establish change management best practices and framework, following the PROSCI ADKAR or similar change management model 

·      Design and develop change management tools and techniques across several departments and dispersed teams

·      Develop effective communications content and key messaging to multiple stakeholder teams

·      Provide guidance on change management best practices to team members and client staff 

·      Partner with program team members to customize and utilize change management tools/techniques throughout all relevant elements of the operations improvement programs 

·      Infuse change management best practices and audience adoption in all program communications for a range of internal audiences 

·      Establish means to evaluate and refine effectiveness of change management tactics 

·      Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of significance 




Requirements

·      Candidates must have prior experience designing, developing and deploying large scale enterprise change management transformation programs and efforts, with a program management mindset and delivery

·      Minimum 7-8 years change management experience within complex enterprise organizations

·      Prior consulting experience is extremely helpful and/or experience working in a developing PMO environment

·      Industry experience in energy, oil and/or gas is preferred

·      Excellent MS Office skills- Excel, PPT advanced knowledge

·      Excellent oral and written communications skills, experience working with a range of stakeholders with proven ability to influence, strategize and negotiate for success 

·      Ability to think analytically and process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives 


Education/Certifications 

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field is required

·      Prosci certification is required

Compensation

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary range of $125,000-$150,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
