Job Description

In this role, you will act as the primary catalyst for video solution growth across assigned territory partner networks. We believe that everything starts with our people, and as part of our Channel Sales organization, you will work side-by-side with Avigilon Channel Partners to unlock new market opportunities and deliver value to end users. You will empower our partner ecosystem to bring proactive security solutions to life, embodying our commitment to "Solving for safer" in every interaction. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcomed as we look for candidates driven to build strong collaborative relationships and deliver meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship & Growth Strategy

  • Cultivate deep relationships with Avigilon Channel Partners, articulating product value to enable partners to expand their customer offerings

  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering to close high-value business

  • Support regional leadership in establishing strategic quarterly and annual sales objectives across assigned territory partners

Enablement & Operational Support

  • Partner with channel teams to help ensure partner staff complete appropriate training to deploy video security solutions successfully

  • Assist channel partners with order execution, returns processing, and daily account management needs

  • Maintain accurate sales tracking, lead management, and revenue forecasting using internal CRM software databases

Territory Development & Opportunity Creation

  • Identify and develop new vertical market opportunities by uncovering net-new end-user needs in collaboration with channel partners

  • Drive proactive territory engagement through regular field visits and high-impact solution presentations

  • Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual territory revenue with a high degree of precision

Job Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Technical Acumen to articulate complex physical security solutions and demonstrate software platforms at a high level

  • Software Proficiency to leverage Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (especially Excel/Sheets) and lead management software

  • Presentation Skills to effectively deliver technical product demonstrations to stakeholders and partner leadership

Professional Experience

  • Account Management to manage multiple sales priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced field environment

  • Sales Forecasting to analyze quarterly projections and deliver consistently against revenue goals

  • Collaborative Selling to build strong relationships across internal commercial teams and partner networks

  • Territory Travel to travel weekly up to 50% within the assigned local territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of video security solutions sales experience

  • 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience

  • Prior physical security solutions sales experience

  • An established client base within the Orange County, CA territory

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 USD
