Here is why this role matters to us:

Microblink is hiring a Channel Account Manager to own the business side of day to day partner relationships: growing usage, adding new services, and getting partners selling with confidence.

This is a new role in our FY27 channel model. Working closely with our  Head of Channel on commercial decisions, including pricing, contracts and partner strategy, bringing the account insight that shapes each one. You will  run the day to day account work across a global portfolio that includes strategic OEM partners, regional identity verification platforms, and vendors that resell Microblink products.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships but is equally motivated by identifying opportunities, opening doors, and turning conversations into commercial results.

 A little bit about us:

Microblink is the Identity Intelligence OS that establishes Know Your Actor: control over people and agents, how risk is assessed, and how decisions are made across digital journeys. Built for an adversarial AI era, Microblink replaces static verification with continuous identity control. As the only solution spanning IDs, biometrics, and payment cards, Microblink delivers a real-time command center where signals, policies, and decisioning can be calibrated with granular precision. Companies use Microblink to adapt faster than fraud, optimize outcomes over time, and enforce trust at scale across onboarding, authentication, and every moment in between. In 2025, Microblink processed 2.9 billion identities across 195+ countries. Its proprietary Fraud Lab generates 100,000+ images monthly for training and testing models, achieving 100% deepfake detection in DHS-powered testing.

 Key responsibilities:

You grow the partner book through account management and enablement, and you do not carry technical triage.

  • Own the business relationship. Be the day to day commercial contact for your assigned partners and keep the renewal calendar clean, with no lapses.
  • Drive upsell and cross sell. Ramp volume and attach additional services such as Verify and GenAI offerings across your accounts.
  • Engage new partners. Work newly signed and smaller partners from first contact through ramp, including inbound mid market and regional players.
  • Enable partner sellers. Provide assets, tools, joint selling support and sales training so partners can position and sell Microblink on their own.
  • Run business reviews. Build account plans and join regular reviews with each partner, working alongside the Technical CSM who leads adoption and ramp.
  • Be the partner's voice internally. Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering, bringing back partner requests and feedback with the revenue at stake.
  • Hand off cleanly. Bring in the Head of Channel for pricing, contracts and structural issues, and route technical questions to the Technical CSM.
 Qualifications:

We'd love to hear from people  with real channel account experience who can grow an existing book of partners as well as bring on new partners, globally.

Required:

  • 5+ years in channel, partner or account management in B2B technology or SaaS, with identity verification, fraud or a similar industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities, acquiring partners, or expanding channel networks.
  • Experience growing revenue within existing partner accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
  • Track record of growing usage and closing upsell and cross sell with existing partners.
  • Experience enabling partner sales teams through training, materials and joint selling.
  • Experience closing new channel partners.
  • Comfortable managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and commercial activities using CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently across several regions and time zones.

Preferred:

  • Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC, authentication, AML, or related technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with OEM, white-label, embedded technology, or reseller partnership models.
  • Experience developing partnerships across international markets, particularly LATAM, APAC, EMEA, or MEA.
  • Experience collaborating with technical customer success, solutions engineering, or product teams.
What success looks like:
  • Revenue grows across your assigned partner portfolio through upselling, cross-selling, and increased adoption of Microblink solutions.
  • Partners are commercially engaged, equipped to sell successfully, and actively contributing to a growing joint pipeline.
  • Renewals are managed proactively, supporting strong partner retention and long-term relationships.
  • Pipeline visibility, forecasting, and partner account plans support informed commercial decisions.
  • Partner requests reaching Product and Engineering with clear context.

Here’s what you’ll gain if you join us:

  • Become part of a global B2B SaaS identity company where your contributions truly make an impact - a high-performing, people-first culture that values growth, fosters learning, and rewards success.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements - work remotely, hybrid, or from one of our offices, depending on your preference.
  • Unlimited PTO to support work-life balance.
  • Region-specific benefits tailored to your location.
  • Equity.
