We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Partner Manager to join our team in Sydney as part of our strategic expansion of ANZ. This role will be instrumental in growing Monday.com’s partner ecosystem by onboarding, developing and managing relationships with Cloud Native partners and regional System Integrators.
You will be responsible for building scalable go-to-market strategies, enabling partner success across our solution portfolio, and accelerating partner-led services development. A key focus will be on expanding through channels and enabling broad reach through net new and existing partners with proven experience working with SaaS solutions.
This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role, requiring strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels of the partner and internal organization.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales and/or partner management, ideally within a cloud or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success working with cloud native partners and/or distribution with expertise in selling and delivering SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of partner business models, KPIs, and GTM frameworks in the ANZ channel ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at the executive level, both internally and externally.
- Strong execution and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and partnerships simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
Preferred experience:
- Background in scaling partner-led services practices or industry specific solution offerings
- Experience selling cloud SaaS solutions
- Experience designing or delivering partner enablement and training programs
- Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Sydney office.
- Must hold a relevant visa to work in Australia
