Being a Channel Partner Marketing Manager at iManage Means…
You will be instrumental in driving the organization's growth through strategic partnerships and alliances, expanding our market reach across the Americas. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our products and services through channel partnerships in North America and Latin America.
You will build a robust partner marketing and alliance network, collaborating closely with your marketing colleagues, the partner development team, sales, and channel partners (such as resellers, co-sellers, and implementation partners) to enhance brand visibility, extend our reach, and drive sales into existing and new customer segments. The primary focus will be optimizing relationships with key strategic partners, with technology and training partner marketing as a secondary function of the role. Sitting at the intersection of our Marketing, Sales, and Channels teams, you will bring your channel marketing experience to assess opportunities, partner with our teams, and shape recommendations for our go-to-market strategies within the network.
iM Responsible For…
Strategy & Planning
  • Creating comprehensive Americas partner marketing strategies aligned with company and marketing objectives to drive growth and generate partner-qualified opportunities with the channel partner audience.
  • Optimizing campaign activity, co-marketing planning, co-selling programs, amplification of existing customer activity and generating new partner qualified pipeline.
  • Ensuring that all Americas channel marketing activity is strategically aligned with, and contributes to, broader campaign & company objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Development
  • Working closely with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Sales, and Marketing to identify strategic partnerships and align marketing strategies with key sales plays.
  • Partnering with PDMs, Sales, and Field Marketing leaders to maximize the use of Market Development Funds (MDF) across the Americas, treating MDF as an extension of the regional marketing budget to fund and scale Americas partner marketing plans.
  • Maintaining regular updates and meetings with channel partners, and partners providing necessary support and resources.
Partner Enablement & Resources
  • Building and maintaining a library of marketing assets and resources for partners, ensuring they can effectively drive lead generation and partner-led pipeline.
  • Ensuring it is kept up to date, maintaining governance processes and monitoring and creating a measurement program to understand its usage and effectiveness.
  • Leveraging and packaging successful internal campaigns (i.e. 'Campaigns in a Box') for the Americas partners to use directly or inspire their own campaigns.
Content & Communications
  • Driving the content pipeline for joint press releases and customer stories, focusing on advocacy within regions, segments, personas and industries to create a broad spectrum of advocacy.
  • Ensuring consistent communication with Americas partners about marketing initiatives, product updates, and events through newsletters, webinars, and other channels.
Events & Performance
  • Managing the process of partner sponsorship of Americas iManage events, ensuring benefits are promoted and communication is effective at driving participation and amplification of the events.
  • Analyzing the performance of partner marketing campaigns and MDF-funded activities, ensuring ROI is tracked and monitored.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • A comfort working across multiple countries within the Americas and considering the regional requirements of partners in different markets, with experience in creating and adapting marketing content for different regions and ensuring localization or translation as needed.
  • The ability to analyze marketing performance data internally and create processes to assess partner marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Experience developing comprehensive partnership and alliances marketing strategy aligned with the company’s and marketing specific goals and objectives.
