About Juicebox

Juicebox is on a mission to help teams win the talent war.

In the age of AI, human ingenuity is the ultimate scarce resource. Recruiting is a zero-sum game where you either compete or lose.

Teams at Ramp, Notion, and leading AI labs use Juicebox to power their hiring, alongside 5,000+ customers from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

We are on the path to $100M in ARR with 20%+ monthly growth, powering thousands of searches every day and making Juicebox one of the fastest-growing AI SaaS companies in the world.

Juicebox has raised over $116M in funding from lead investors including Sequoia Capital, DST Global, and NFDG. Read more about our $80M Series B here. Additional investors in Juicebox include Y Combinator, Coatue, Bond, Lux, Verified Capital, and Committed Capital.

About the Role

We’re looking for our first Channel Partnerships hire to own and stand up Juicebox’s Partnerships function focused on HCM ecosystems and recruiting agencies. You’ll build the foundation for how Juicebox partners externally - creating co-sell motions, enablement materials, relationship strategies, and long-term channel revenue programs that help accelerate our next phase of growth.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role that blends strategy, relationship building, and execution. One day you may be building partner enablement collateral and defining partnership playbooks; the next, attending industry events, meeting with recruiting leaders, or shaping co-sell strategy alongside Sales and Marketing.

We’re looking for builders who are energized by creating structure where none exists today and motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful ARR impact inside one of the fastest growing AI companies.

You Will...

  • Build and own Juicebox’s HCM and recruiting agency partnerships strategy from the ground up

  • Develop relationships with recruiting firms, talent partners, HCM consultancies, and adjacent ecosystem players

  • Create and operationalize co-sell motions that contribute meaningful pipeline and revenue growth

  • Build partner enablement materials including product education, messaging, onboarding documentation, and sales collateral

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partner success and alignment

  • Represent Juicebox at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

  • Identify creative ways to expand channel influence and unlock new distribution opportunities

  • Help define the systems, processes, and playbooks that will scale the partnerships organization over time

You Have...

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or technology environments

  • Excitement about 0 → 1 building and comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments

  • A strong relationship builder who knows how to develop trust and long-term strategic partnerships

  • Commercially minded with an understanding of how partnerships drive pipeline, revenue, and company growth

  • Highly organized and operationally strong - able to build documentation, processes, and repeatable motions

  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and influencing across teams

  • Low ego, we have too much to do with too little time

  • Willing to travel periodically for partner meetings and industry events

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience working with HCM ecosystems, recruiting agencies, staffing firms, or HR technology companies

Perks & Benefits

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • Daily meals provided.

  • $300/month commuting stipend to help cover the cost of getting to and from the office.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
