At ASAPP, our mission is simple: deliver the best AI-powered customer experience—faster than anyone else. To achieve that, we’re guided by principles that shape how we think, build, and execute. We value customer obsession, purposeful speed, ownership, and a relentless focus on outcomes. We work in tight, skilled teams, prioritize clarity over complexity, and continuously evolve through curiosity, data, and craftsmanship. We’re seeking problem solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with great talent, and approach every day like it’s Day 1.

We're a globally diverse team with hubs in New York City, Mountain View, Latin America, and India—embracing both hybrid and remote work to bring the best minds together, wherever they are. If you're driven by continuous learning, rapid pivots, and the challenges of building in a high-growth startup, we’d love to talk. This is more than a job—it’s a journey.

We are looking for a relentless, growth-obsessed Chief Marketing Officer to own our end-to-end go-to-market engine, aggressive demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline creation. In this role, you will turn our AI-native platform into a recognized category leader, maximize top-of-funnel reach, and directly fuel enterprise sales pipeline.
You will bridge sharp, creative storytelling with commercial discipline, leveraging modern AI-native marketing tools and strategies to build, scale, and optimize a world-class marketing organization.

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work closely with the broader GTM leadership team.

What you'll do

    1. Demand Generation & Top-of-Funnel Growth

Inbound Engine: Own full-funnel customer acquisition, designing and executing aggressive demand generation campaigns to fill the top of the funnel and establish a predictable pipeline.

Account-Based Marketing: Partner seamlessly with ABM and Enterprise Sales teams to penetrate, engage, and unblock high-value strategic target accounts.

Commercial Discipline: Implement robust pipeline tracking, multi-touch attribution, conversion optimization, and ROI reporting from initial awareness to closed-won deals.

    2. Category Positioning & Share of Voice

Category Leadership: Establish our brand as the undisputed category leader in AI-native Customer Experience (CX) and agentic platforms.

Market Differentiation: Develop sharp, highly differentiated competitive messaging that clearly articulates our technical and business value over legacy incumbents.

Share of Voice: Lead high-impact content, PR, analyst relations, and executive thought-leadership initiatives to aggressively expand our share of voice.

    3. Campaign Execution & Strategic Storytelling

Multi-Channel Campaigns: Architect multi-channel campaigns (webinars, flagship events, digital, case studies, video) that tell compelling customer-centric value stories.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Align Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative strategies across key customer segments and enterprise verticals.

    4. Leadership & Operational Speed

Team Scaling: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization spanning Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and ABM.

AI-Native Operations: Foster a high-velocity culture that actively integrates AI-native marketing tools and automation to drive efficiency and campaign agility.

What you'll need

  • Leadership Experience: 8–15+ years of total marketing leadership, with at least 5 years scaling an enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS business.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in accelerating top-of-funnel acquisition, building predictable sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth.
  • GTM & Sales Alignment: Deep experience partnering directly with Enterprise Sales and ABM models to penetrate high-priority target accounts.
  • AI & Tech Domain: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity marketing AI-native, agentic, or emerging enterprise SaaS technologies.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Expertise in full-funnel analytics, CAC, pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI attribution.
  •

  • 401k matching
  • Fitness and wellness stipend
  • Mobile phone reimbursement
  • Mental well-being benefits
