Our portfolio company, Western Computer, is hiring!

Western Computer is a top-ranked Microsoft Dynamics partner with nearly 40 years of experience helping distribution and manufacturing companies run better on Microsoft technology. Recognized as a Microsoft Inner Circle partner (top 1% globally) and a three-time Microsoft Partner of the Year Finalist, we have completed 1,750+ implementations and built lasting relationships with clients across North America. We are a focused, expert-driven organization that measures success in years, not go-lives.

Western Computer is a leading Microsoft ERP partner helping businesses run better on Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, and AX. With a customer-first approach and deep expertise in Microsoft's evolving AI-powered platform, we deliver tailored implementations and ongoing support that drive real operational results. Our team is passionate about the technology and even more passionate about the people using it. We're backed by the long-term partnership of Pine Services Group.

Who We Need

Western Computer is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead and unify our go-to-market organization at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. Reporting directly to CEO Kristen Sage, you'll own the full revenue function — Sales, Marketing, and Product — and build the strategy, structure, and execution rigor needed to scale the business.

This is a hands-on executive role for a revenue leader who thrives in complex, relationship-driven environments and knows how to drive growth in the Microsoft partner ecosystem or adjacent ERP/technology services space.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and align Sales, Marketing, and Product under a unified revenue strategy that wins new customers and expands Western's partnership with existing ones
  • Partner with Kristen and the executive team to define and execute Western Computer's commercial growth roadmap
  • Drive new logo acquisition while deepening wallet share across an established and loyal install base
  • Build and strengthen the partner ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft channel leverage
  • Implement forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and RevOps infrastructure to support predictable growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing revenue leadership team
  • Serve as an external face of Western Computer with strategic clients, prospects, and partners

What We're Looking For

    Requirements

    • Track record of scaling both new logo and expansion revenue in a services-led or solutions business
    • Experience leading and aligning sales, marketing, and product functions
    • Strong operational instincts — comfortable building forecasting rigor and go-to-market structure without over-engineering
    • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers in distribution, manufacturing, or adjacent verticals
    • Collaborative, hands-on leadership style that fits a high-trust, relationship-first culture
    • Stability and tenure in prior roles — we value leaders who build things and see them through
    • Nice-to-Have

      • Prior CRO or senior revenue leadership experience in ERP, technology services, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem

What We Offer

    • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • Generous PTO and company-observed holidays
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
    • A people-first culture backed by the long-term stability of Pine Services Group and Evergreen
    •
