Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers consistent new business bookings and measurable ARR expansion. Owns the number builds a repeatable sales motion that closes net-new logos while protecting and growing existing revenue through disciplined forecasting, deal execution, and team accountability.
  • Proven track record driving a renewal motion with large enterprise customers. Has owned or directly led client retention and expansion, not just net-new logos understands the discipline of protecting and growing existing ARR through structured account management.
  • Measures the leader's ability to drive consistent, measurable sales productivity across the team quota attainment distribution, revenue per rep, pipeline coverage ratios, stage conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.

  • Commands credibility and confidence in high-stakes settings can sit across from a CIO of a $50B fund and hold the room. Projects authority, composure, and strategic gravitas that instills trust with C-suite buyers and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Capability to guide and influence stakeholders and team members to achieve company goals
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business strategies
