About the role

Blueberry is building the autonomous 1:1 marketer. Our AI enables brands to drive personalized conversations with every customer, supercharge lifecycle marketing outcomes, and drive revenue.

We’re:

  • Enterprise-proven: Trusted by the San Francisco 49ers, Paris Hilton’s portfolio, and DTC brands generating $100M+ in annual sales.

  • Growing quickly: In six months, continuously doubled revenue and customers onboarded.

  • Talent-Dense: 8 people, 75% ex-founders

  • Early: The operating systems, playbooks, and leadership team that scale Blueberry are still being built.

AI is changing how every consumer brand communicates with its customers. We are defining that shift—and we’re looking for someone who wants their fingerprints on the company and category we build.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with Nima Mozhgani, our co-founder and CEO, and operate across Blueberry’s most important initiatives.

This role is for an exceptional operator who wants to become a founder, COO, or define their career with operational excellence.

What you’ll do
  • Multiply the CEO: Take critical projects from ambiguous idea to finished outcome across GTM, fundraising, hiring, and expansion.

  • Drive customer success: Own the operating cadence across enterprise customers and move them from pilot to deep activation and expansion.

  • Build the operating system: Create the processes, automations, tools, and company rhythms that let Blueberry scale without losing speed.

  • Orchestrate execution: Keep the entire company aligned on owners, priorities, deadlines, and outcomes.

  • Incubate new initiatives: Take on high-priority problems until they are solved, systematized, or ready for a permanent owner.

  • Shape company communication: Prepare board materials, investor updates, decision memos, and company-wide narratives.

  • Finish: Close loops relentlessly. We believe the last 10% is 100% of the challenge.

What we’re looking for
  • 3-7 years in a high-performance environment: Consulting, banking, venture, startup ops, or a company you built yourself.

  • You get things done: You have a proven track record of building things, launching game-changing projects, and having impact on tight timelines.

  • You bring order to chaos: You turn vague, messy problems into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

  • You’re a top 1% communicator: People understand you and like you. You’re able to navigate tricky, high-conflict situations with tact.

  • You are low ego: “Go make it happen” is a complete instruction, and no necessary task is beneath you to ensure our customers (and business) are successful.

  • You use AI well: You are not dependent on it to think or write, but you know how to use it to multiply your output.

Why this role?

This is a front-row seat to building a high-growth AI company from its earliest stages.

You’ll learn directly from an experienced founder and operator, work alongside a talent-dense team, and take on responsibilities that shape the future of global commerce and marketing.

If you succeed, your fingerprints will be on the company Blueberry becomes, and the industry we create.
