💡 About Arch

Arch powers the home services and electrification industries with cutting-edge AI.
The US $800 billion home services and electrification sector underpins the nation, yet many of these critical businesses still rely on spreadsheets, outdated software, and paper forms. We’re driving energy resilience, economic strength, and long-term prosperity by bringing cutting-edge AI to the frontline services that need it most.
Our six people team is backed by Coatue, Floodgate, Gigascale, ReGen, MCJ Collective, and the founders of Aurora Solar.
Competitive salary + significant equity package based on experience.
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a future founder or executive operator, who’s ready to work across every part of the company and deliver results on the ground. If you want a front-row seat to company-building and have the stamina to run at founder pace, this is that role.

🎯 Why This Role Exists

This isn’t a support role, it’s a leadership launchpad. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and CTO on customer success, operations, go-to-market, talent, investor relations, strategic planning, product insights, and more. Expectations are extremely high.
You’ll toggle between 30,000 ft and ground level execution multiple times a day–drafting our Series A deck in the morning, then solving a customer crisis in the afternoon.
Ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with precision, and plans to build or run a company within 3–5 years. Expect monthly travel to customer sites and industry conferences.

🛠️ What You’ll Own
  • Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success
Lead customer calls, deliver customer success that exceeds expectations and drives renewals and expansion, execute quarterly business reviews, and own cross-functional projects that directly impact our Series A path, from new sales motions and website launches to supply chain optimization.

  • Company Operations
Design and run our operating rhythm: dashboards, vendor negotiations, investor updates, team off-sites, and daily systems that keep everyone aligned and accountable.

  • High-Stakes Strategic Projects
Co-own make-or-break initiatives such as fundraising strategy, pricing optimization, and market expansion.

  • Talent & Team Building
Source and close exceptional hires, design onboarding that gets people productive in week one, and build the recruiting playbook that scales our team.

💼 What We’re Looking For
  • High-Stakes Background: 3–5 years in demanding environments (startups, top-tier consulting, investing etc.) where you led ambiguous projects without guardrails.

  • Founder Trajectory & Ambition: You see this as a springboard to founding or running a company within 3–5 years. No task too small, no challenge too big.

  • Revenue & Customer Obsession: You own the full customer journey, from earning trust and closing deals to driving expansion and long-term success. You are here to win!

  • Extreme Ownership & Execution: You take full accountability, drive outcomes with urgency and precision, and treat every challenge like it’s yours to solve. You don’t need a playbook, you write it.

  • Analytical & Operational Excellence: Equally at home building financial models, running team off-sites, and drafting crisp investor updates. Highly organized under pressure.

🌱 What We Value
  • Next-level first-principles thinking

  • Extreme ownership of every task

  • Bias for action

  • Low ego, very high standards

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who You'll Work With
  • Philipp (CEO) – Grew up on a Bavarian strawberry farm, built some of the world's largest solar plants, crafted growth strategies for F500 software companies at McKinsey, and studied at Stanford. Known for breaking through walls and never taking no for an answer. Ask him about his favorite SF cafés.

  • Sacha (CTO) – Product-minded engineer from Belgium and Australia with deep AI expertise and YC startup experience. Previously built wildfire response systems that save lives. Obsessed with world-class UX, lightning-fast execution, and excellence at the intersection of design and engineering.
