AirOps is looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we operate, scale, and communicate, from enterprise sales and partnerships to product planning and executive-level narrative.

You’ll work across every major function to ensure the CEO’s priorities translate into crisp plans, exceptional storytelling, and disciplined execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves context-switching, and is energized by both strategy and hands-on creation.

What You’ll Do
  • Run and operationalize the CEO’s C-level network, mapping relationships, coordinating introductions, and driving high-quality follow-up.

  • Prepare CEO for enterprise sales conversations, partner meetings, and high-stakes external engagements.

  • Build world-class decks, talk tracks, and narratives tailored to C-level audiences.

  • Drive preparation for speaking engagements, including story arc, structure, and supporting materials.

  • Lead Weekly Business Reviews: set the agenda, surface the right data, and ensure decisions and follow-ups are tracked.

  • Drive cross-functional follow-through across Product, Engineering, GTM, Brand and Partnerships.

  • Support quarterly and annual planning, especially for Product & Engineering, ensuring priorities are clear, sequenced, and resourced.

  • Act as an extension of the CEO in select meetings and internal reviews.

  • Create clarity in ambiguous areas and maintain alignment as priorities evolve.

Who You Are
  • 4–8 years experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, product, business operations, CoS, or similar analytical/strategic functions.

  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication; you can craft a story, build a crisp deck, and elevate any narrative.

  • Highly organized operator who loves structure, process, and follow-through.

  • Strong business instincts and ability to understand products, markets, and technical concepts.

  • Comfortable diving into details while keeping the bigger picture in view.

  • Able to switch rapidly between strategic and tactical work.

  • Low ego, high ownership; you do whatever the moment requires.

Bonus
  • Experience preparing executive leaders for sales cycles, keynote talks, or external press/PR moments.

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or search/SEO ecosystems.

  • Experience working with Product or Engineering teams on planning rhythms.

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
