The organization spans Customer Success, Operations, Programming, and Community Growth, the expert community that powers our completes.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chief Client Officer (CCO) who blends strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands-on execution. This is a highly strategic role: you will drive large-scale initiatives across the organization, own our PMO strategy while staying in the details, and directly own one of our most important growth mandates — scaling our expert community. You will be a force multiplier for the CCO and a key liaison across departments.

  • Owning community management and growth: Work directly with the Director of Growth and the CCO to own and drive the growth of our expert community, including:

    • Building and executing a community management playbook to drive up engagement

    • Identifying and rolling out new, innovative growth initiatives to grow the active community 3–5x over the next two years — including partnerships, paid channels, and beyond

    • Establishing tracking, measurement, and reporting to drive effective decision making and demonstrate measurable impact

  • Driving AI enablement: Work closely with our AI Enablement Director to roll out AI automations across our workflows and drive their adoption and measurable impact

  • Leveraging AI as a core skill: Independently drive initiatives using leading AI tools from analysis and prototyping to workflow automation

Who You Are

  • 6–7+ years of experience, including top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB) and / or an operating / growth role driving strategic and business impact

  • Strategic operator who balances strategy, operations, and direct hands-on impact — comfortable setting direction and doing the work

  • Exceptional program manager who has led multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives and driven them to measurable outcomes

  • AI-fluent — uses AI tools (e.g., Claude) daily to work faster and smarter, and excited to help scale AI-driven workflows across a department

  • Growth-minded, with experience or strong interest in community, partnerships, or paid growth channels

  • Data-driven decision maker who builds reporting and measures impact rigorously

  • Strong communicator to stakeholders across seniorities (associates through C-suite) and functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing)

  • Collaborative problem solver who fosters a positive and supportive environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, social sciences); MBA preferred but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation – Base salary, annual performance bonus, and employee equity plan. (Salary may vary based on skills, experience, performance, and location.)

  • Hybrid (NYC) or remote work setup

  • Career growth & leadership opportunities

  • Excellent benefits – Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401k match with immediate vesting
