About the Role

The Chief of Staff – Special Projects will work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest leverage strategic and operational priorities. This role is a force multiplier for leadership, driving clarity, alignment and execution across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate CEO priorities into structured plans with clear outcomes
  • Lead high impact special projects such as strategic asset acquisitions, inorganic growth evaluations, new segment expansion and operating model design
  • Align product, engineering, operations and GTM teams around company goals, removing blockers and tightening execution
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates and strategic communications
  • Strengthen internal processes, operating cadence and culture as the company scales

Who You Are

  • 2 plus years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG (or similar high performance strategy environment)
  • Strong problem solver who brings structure to ambiguity and moves fast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in executive ready storytelling
  • Comfort working across functions and influencing without authority
  • Thrives in a high speed, high ownership startup environment
