About the Role
The Chief of Staff – Special Projects will work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest leverage strategic and operational priorities. This role is a force multiplier for leadership, driving clarity, alignment and execution across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Translate CEO priorities into structured plans with clear outcomes
- Lead high impact special projects such as strategic asset acquisitions, inorganic growth evaluations, new segment expansion and operating model design
- Align product, engineering, operations and GTM teams around company goals, removing blockers and tightening execution
- Prepare board materials, investor updates and strategic communications
- Strengthen internal processes, operating cadence and culture as the company scales
Who You Are
- 2 plus years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG (or similar high performance strategy environment)
- Strong problem solver who brings structure to ambiguity and moves fast
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in executive ready storytelling
- Comfort working across functions and influencing without authority
- Thrives in a high speed, high ownership startup environment
