About the Position

The Chief of Staff, reporting to the CEO, is a high-impact role requiring a self driven, fully autonomous, deeply technical, relentlessly organized operator who acts as a force multiplier for the Founders and C-suite. In a fast-growing startup, priorities shift quickly: this role bridges high-level strategy with hands-on, ground-level execution. You will drive key initiatives with investors and customers, and bridge strategic vision and execution across financial, technical and commercial dimensions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key initiatives: Take full ownership of special, emerging, and sensitive projects across operations, engineering, and business that don't yet have a natural home in the org chart. Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Investor relations (IR), customer relationship (CR), Board comms: Represent founders and company in high-stakes investor and customer interactions, commanding executive presence and sharp financial and product literacy. Ideate and drive IR and CR initiatives. Prepare and drive regular comms programs for investors, customers and board.
  • Ensure the Founders have no blind spots: Digest complex engineering updates, market and financial data, and operational priorities and synthesize into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Ensure technical & business alignment: Partner with product, hardware, software, and business leaders to ensure everyone is executing toward the same core priorities
  • Remove bottlenecks: Dive deep into internal processes, spot execution hurdles, and implement light, effective workflows to increase company velocity. Develop and refine decision making frameworks and communication channels as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and 10+ years of experience in finance, engineering or product leadership at a high-growth tech startup or deep-tech enterprise company.
  • Self-Driven and Versatile: Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguity. Demonstrates strong initiative with a "get-things-done-no-matter-what" mentality, actively pursuing goals and tackling complex challenges without waiting for direction.
  • Communication Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work comfortably across Israel/American cultures as well as with investors, customers and vendors across EU, East Asia, and GCC.
  • Discretion & Judgment: High emotional intelligence, proven business judgment track record, and total discretion. Ability to lead through persuasion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as Chief of Staff or C-suite role at a fast moving startup or division within a larger enterprise
  • Prior experience working closely with investors / board and with customer executives
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, hardware systems, semiconductors, high-performance computing startups, or foundation labs.

We seek smart, curious, self-driven individuals who enjoy creative problem-solving and continuous learning. Even if you don't meet all requirements, we'd love to hear from you if you have the mindset to tackle complex challenges.

Majestic Labs is an equal opportunity employer deeply committed to diversity of background and thought. If you are ready to dare greatly, learn from mistakes, engage in vigorous debates, and help create a step-function shift in human technical capability, we want to meet you!
