Role Summary
Note: we are looking for someone who can start by September 2.
The Chief of Staff role at Arcade is a special one-of-a-kind opportunity at the heart of Arcade’s company-building engine. You’ll work directly with our CEO to scale the company from the inside by combining strategic insight, product and design thinking, and real engineering execution. You’ll solve company-wide bottlenecks, prototype tools, automate workflows, and help shape the systems that help Arcade operate at warp speed.
You’ll play a foundational role in helping Arcade invent a new paradigm for how physical products are imagined, designed, and bought. This is your chance to help define the future of commerce at the intersection of frontier AI and consumer experience for years to come.
This is a hands-on, high-context role for someone who can move between code, research, communications, operations, and strategic planning without skipping a beat: wearing many hats and doing whatever it takes. You will prototype fast, automate what matters, and help define the systems Arcade runs on. If you want a front-row seat to what it takes to build a generational company, and the opportunity to materially shape its success, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and automations that make the team more productive and aligned
- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, research, investor communications, and cross-functional execution
- Help drive recruiting strategies for top-tier talent
- Research and benchmark best-in-class consumer experiences, competitors, and the latest developments in our landscape
- Drive the company’s operating rhythm, including goal tracking, meeting cadences, internal updates, and coordination across teams
- Support investor and board communications with metrics, narrative development, and presentation materialsIdentify operational bottlenecks and solve them with simple, scalable systems
- Prototype quickly, ship iteratively, and refine based on feedback from the internal team
- Uncover repeatable patterns across departments and build generalizable solutions that scale
- Set up, manage, or write low-code on platforms like Clay, Notion, Linear, Zapier, and Excel
- Help build the foundation of a new kind of e-commerce company powered by generative AI, and shape how consumers interact with creativity, ownership, and physical goods in the years to come

What You Bring

- Product-minded strategic vision for Arcade with exceptional taste
- Experience sourcing, customizing, and building internal or cross-functional tools
- Fluency in Python or SQL for data analytics
- Ability to design and ship useful internal tools quickly using modern APIs and automation platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Clay, Notion, Linear, Zapier, and Airtable (or eagerness to learn them fast)
- Strong written communication and the ability to manage up, down, and acrossInterest in AI and how it can be applied to real-world workflows and systems
- Bonus: prior startup founder, product or design leader, Chief of Staff, consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital
