Lead architecture, development, and scaling of a secure, ultra-luxury travel platform. Oversee UI/UX, AI-driven personalization, cloud infrastructure, fortress-level security, vendor integrations, and a global engineering/product team to support global launch and high availability.
Position Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the visionary leader behind The Sovereign Kingdom’s (TSK) digital infrastructure. Tasked with building and scaling a proprietary, world-class platform that serves the world's most discerning travelers, the CTO will bridge the gap between high-end hospitality and cutting-edge technology. This role is responsible for ensuring that the TSK digital experience is as seamless, exclusive, and high-performing as the physical properties themselves, maintaining "fortress-level" security and a "prize" level of innovation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Product Development ● Lead the wide-scale release of the TSK proprietary platform, ensuring it can handle the validated traffic of ~10K+ daily visitors and scale globally. ● Oversee the end-to-end development of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), prioritizing a sophisticated, intuitive aesthetic that aligns with ultra-luxury standards. ● Integrate advanced AI and data analytics to provide hyper-personalized travel recommendations and elite service automation for UHNWI members.
Infrastructure & Security ● Design and implement a highly secure, scalable cloud infrastructure capable of protecting the sensitive travel patterns and personal data of the global elite. ● Establish "Fortress-Level" cybersecurity protocols, ensuring TSK is the industry benchmark for data privacy and digital discretion. ● Oversee the integration of 5-star+ IT systems across all flagship properties to ensure a consistent, high-tech guest experience.
Innovation & Future-Proofing ● Identify and implement emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain for secure bookings, VR for property previews, or IoT for smart-room customization) that enhance the TSK value proposition. ● Manage the technology roadmap to support the transition from a digital pilot to a global leader in the $1T luxury travel market.
Technical Leadership & Team Scaling ● Build and lead a high-performing global engineering and product team. ● Manage technical vendor relationships and third-party integrations (e.g., elite lifestyle APIs, secure payment gateways). ● Partner with the CMO and CEO to ensure technology initiatives drive growth, brand loyalty, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
● Experience: 12+ years of technical leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling premium platforms in the travel, hospitality, or fintech sectors. ● Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in scalable architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and advanced data security. ● Luxury Sensibility: A rare ability to translate high-end brand requirements into elegant technical solutions; understands that "the prize" is a frictionless, elite user experience. ● Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● Attributes: Visionary problem-solver, obsessed with performance and security, and capable of operating at the intersection of "Big Tech" and "Ultra-Luxury."
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Successful, bug-free launch of the wide-scale platform release. ● Platform uptime and performance metrics (target 99.99% availability). ● Successful implementation and audit of "Fortress-Level" security protocols. ● Scalability of the tech stack to support the expansion of flagship property integrations and a growing UHNWI user base.
