The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claim Analyst to join our Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Claims Manager. This role focuses on investigating, evaluating, and resolving property and casualty insurance claims efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and appropriate settlement.
  • Review insurance policies to accurately interpret coverage.
  • Negotiate claims settlements effectively, ensuring resolutions are fair and timely.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise claim documentation, adhering to company procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Process incoming claims, making necessary adjustments and recommendations.
  • Communicate professionally with relevant stakeholders, providing clarity and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Support legal processes, including document preparation, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage workload proactively to meet productivity targets and turnaround time expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims adjustment or related insurance role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Base Salary


The base salary range is between $65,000 - $70,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
