Lead client engagements in insurance data, analytics, and AI: define roadmaps, run discovery sessions, design solutions, manage delivery and teams, develop proposals, and ensure DataOps, cloud (AWS), governance, and best practices across AI and analytics initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Insurance data, analytics, and AI, providing strategic and tactical advisory support to senior business leaders.
- Partner with clients to define and deliver data and AI roadmaps, including transformation initiatives, target operating models, and execution priorities.

- 10+ years of data and analytics consulting experience from a professional or management firm and has strong focus in insurance industry.
- Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing large programs – Insurance Analytics CoE and multiple clients directly.
- Demonstrated experience across analytics value chain and has delivered multiple data, AI, Automation, Predictive modeling, Business consulting and delivery assignments.
- Competitor analysis, Ad-hoc data analysis and application of First principles thinking approach to solve business problems.
- Complete understanding and demonstrated experience of Cloud Services (AWS), modern data architecture, governance, and trending practices in AI. Strong grasp of the latest tools within the market.
