About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads, automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement. Work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform an $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and creators finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. The shift is accelerating. Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half its ad budget into social and creators, and Unilever spends around $9-10B annually. As those dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes. Agentio is how they flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. Brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas run creator campaigns on Agentio with the same rigor and accountability as their core performance channels.

Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion-Dollar Startups (2025) and Inc.'s Best Places to Work (2026).

About the Role

This is a senior post-sale revenue role.

You'll own a book of accounts after the sale closes and be accountable for growing it through expansion, cross-platform adoption, deeper and more senior relationships, and net dollar retention. You carry a quota. Your job is to wake up every morning figuring out how to make your number bigger.

Your book will span our core accounts, growth-stage brands where the work is prioritization, finding expansion others would miss, and reactivating churned accounts. Increasingly, it will also include our key accounts. Our key account sales team is closing Fortune 500 brands and large enterprise organizations, and once they sign, someone has to grow them. That means navigating procurement, brand safety review, and approval chains that span many stakeholders, engaging senior brand leadership as a peer, and playing a long game where a single expansion can take quarters to land and be worth more than an entire core book. Direct enterprise experience is a real advantage here, but it isn't a requirement. What we need is the seniority and judgment to grow into that work quickly.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also help define how we grow accounts at Agentio. There is no settled playbook for this motion yet. You'll create narratives, test them, and share what works, and as the enterprise segment scales, you'll help write how we serve it.

A note on environment. We're a startup, so the people who thrive here build their own operating system, prioritize without being told, test a narrative, and share what worked. The people who struggle wait for permission. There is no escalation team, no policy department, and no bench of strategists behind you. Whatever machine you had at a large platform, you won't have here.

What You'll Do
  • Own a revenue number. You're goaled on NDR against your book, with individual quota and individual accountability.

  • Sell after the sale. Identify expansion opportunities, build the case for increased budgets, drive adoption of new products and platforms as we launch them, and defend our share against incumbent agencies and channels competing for the same dollars.

  • Multi-thread and go top-down. Build relationships beyond your day-to-day contact, engage brand leadership to unstick problems, and know when and how to deploy our executives for top-to-top pressure.

  • Navigate large organizations to yes. As key accounts enter your book, work through procurement, legal, brand safety, and measurement review. Map the org, find the real decision-makers, sequence approvals across stakeholders, and keep momentum through processes designed to slow you down.

  • Convert measurement into investment. Our clients validate creator spend through MMM, lift studies, and platform attribution that don't always agree. You'll navigate those challenges and translate them into further investment.

  • Manage a full portfolio. Know where the growth is in your book, keep every account healthy, and catch drift before the client tells you.

  • Help author the playbook. Codify what works, thought-lead across the team, and shape how Agentio grows accounts as we scale.

What We're Looking For

The bar:

  • 8+ years in advertising or media sales, account management, or client success, with demonstrated individual ownership of revenue outcomes. You have carried a quota throughout your career, you know what it was, and you know how you performed against it. Portfolio or team numbers don't substitute.

  • A career's worth of expansion wins you personally sourced and closed, at-risk accounts you saved and converted into better terms, and budget you won before the performance data existed to justify it. Specific accounts, specific figures, specific outcomes.

  • Executive presence. You have spent real time in rooms with senior brand leadership, you can walk in and own the conversation, and clients at that level treat you as a peer. You know how to pre-invest in senior relationships before you need them, and how to brief your own executives for top-to-top plays.

  • Autonomy and commercial instinct. You identify opportunity and risk in your book before anyone flags it, decide with incomplete information, and act without manager intervention. You bring your leadership outcomes and learnings rather than questions about what to do next.

  • Deep fluency in ad platforms and performance data.

  • Comfort operating without a safety net. We’re a start-up that wants to move fast, we want someone that has the confidence to identify opportunities and the conviction to act quickly.

What makes someone exceptional:

  • Direct experience growing Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprise accounts, with the bureaucratic scar tissue to prove it. You have taken large organizations through brand safety, compliance, procurement, and multi-stakeholder approval, and gotten them to yes anyway. This is a strong advantage rather than a requirement.

  • Measurement judgment that converts to commercial outcomes. You sequence what you pitch based on what the client's measurement framework will support.

  • Deal-structure instincts. You evaluate contract terms, pricing, and commitments around the conditions required for the client to succeed.

  • Being able to self-critique. You tell us what you got wrong and why without being prompted.

Bonus points:

  • You've worked at a two-sided network or marketplace and understand the dynamics of balancing supply and demand.

  • You've worked in creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing.

Also true:

  • You've made AI a genuine part of your workflow, not a talking point.

  • You're a self-starter who narrows the aperture to what moves the business.

  • You understand Agentio builds in person and is in office 5 days a week in New York.

A Word on Fit

This role is a great fit if post-sale growth is what energizes you. Going deep with clients, building trust in senior rooms, and turning that trust into expansion. It is not a fit if you're looking for a hunting and net-new prospecting seat, a service-delivery role, or a near-term people-management path. This is a senior individual contributor position with real authorship over how we grow accounts, and we'd rather you know that on day one than month three.
