About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads, automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement. Work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform an $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and creators finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. The shift is accelerating. Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half its ad budget into social and creators, and Unilever spends around $9-10B annually. As those dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes. Agentio is how they flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. Brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas run creator campaigns on Agentio with the same rigor and accountability as their core performance channels.

Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion-Dollar Startups (2025) and Inc.'s Best Places to Work (2026).

About the Role

This is a post-sale revenue role.

Customer Growth owns a book of 25 to 30 growth-stage accounts after the sale closes and is accountable for growing it through expansion, cross-platform adoption, deeper and more senior relationships, and net dollar retention. You carry a quota. Your job is to wake up every morning figuring out how to make your number bigger.

A note on environment. We're a startup, so the people who thrive here build their own operating system, prioritize without being told, test a narrative, and share what worked. The people who struggle wait for permission.

What You'll Do
  • Own a revenue number. You're goaled on NDR against your book, with individual quota and individual accountability.

  • Sell after the sale. Identify expansion opportunities, build the case for increased budgets, drive adoption of new products and platforms as we launch them, and defend our share against incumbent agencies and channels competing for the same dollars.

  • Multi-thread across your accounts. Build relationships beyond your day-to-day contact, get to senior marketers and decision-makers, and know when to pull in leadership for top-down pressure.

  • Convert measurement into investment. Our clients validate creator spend through MMM, lift studies, and platform attribution that don't always agree. You'll navigate that landscape and sequence commercial asks around what a client's measurement will support.

  • Manage a full portfolio. Know where the growth is in your book, keep every account healthy, catch drift before the client tells you, and reactivate churned accounts.

  • Be the conduit between clients and product. You're the conduit between market and product. What you learn in client conversations steers what we build.

What We're Looking For

The bar:

  • 5 to 7+ years in client-facing roles in advertising or media with demonstrated individual ownership of revenue outcomes. You've carried a quota or an equivalent number, you know what it was, and you know how you performed against it.

  • Real expansion wins you personally sourced and closed, at-risk accounts you saved, and budget you won before the performance data existed to justify it. Specific accounts, figures, and outcomes.

  • Senior client presence. You've built relationships with directors and VPs of marketing, you can hold a strategic conversation with a decision-maker, and you know how to earn the room.

  • Autonomy in execution. You run your book day to day without hand-holding, spot opportunities in your accounts, and bring leadership recommendations rather than open questions. You'll calibrate the biggest commercial calls with your manager, and over time you'll make more of them alone.

  • Deep fluency in ad platforms and performance data.

  • Comfort operating without a safety net. We’re a start-up that wants to move fast, we want someone that has the confidence to identify opportunities and the conviction to act quickly.

What makes someone exceptional:

  • Measurement judgment that converts to commercial outcomes. You sequence what you pitch based on what the client's measurement framework will support, not just read dashboards well.

  • Pre-invested relationships. You build senior client relationships before you need them, so when something breaks you know exactly who to call.

  • Being able to self-critique. You tell us what you got wrong and why without being prompted.

Bonus points:

  • You've worked at a two-sided network or marketplace and understand the dynamics of balancing supply and demand.

  • You've worked in creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing.

Also true:

  • You've made AI a genuine part of your workflow, not a talking point.

  • You're a self-starter who narrows the aperture to what moves the business.

  • You understand Agentio builds in person and is in office 5 days a week in New York.

A Word on Fit

This role is a great fit if post-sale growth is what energizes you. Going deep with clients, building trust, and turning that trust into expansion. It is not a fit if you're looking for a hunting and net-new prospecting seat, a service-delivery role, or a near-term people-management path. This is an individual contributor position, and we'd rather you know that on day one than month three.
