Remote | Flexible Schedule | Performance-Based

You’ve built strong relationships throughout your career. What if those skills could support a different way to work?

LiveHappy Initiative is seeking experienced professionals who bring strong communication, relationship-building, and people skills — and who are ready for a more flexible, self-directed next chapter.

This isn’t a traditional client relationship management position. It’s a remote, performance-based role for someone who wants meaningful work, greater control of their schedule, and ownership of their results.

What Your Role Here Could Look Like

LiveHappy Initiative works in the leadership and personal development space, providing access to world-class programs, proven systems, comprehensive training, and the support of a global organization operating in more than 120 countries.

You’ll follow a structured, step-by-step process to connect with prospective clients, understand their goals and priorities, have meaningful conversations, and introduce leadership and personal development programs to people exploring positive change in their lives.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Building professional relationships with prospective clients
  • Responding to and following up with individuals who have expressed interest
  • Conducting structured introductory conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
  • Sharing information about our leadership and personal development programs and the pathways available
  • Maintaining timely, professional communication throughout the decision-making process
  • Using digital tools and established systems to manage communication, follow-up, and activity
  • Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
  • Managing your schedule and activities independently while working within a proven framework

You May Be a Great Fit If You
  • Bring 10+ years of professional experience in client relationships, account management, client success, business development, marketing, communications, leadership, consulting, or a related field
  • Are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter
  • Have strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Are comfortable having purposeful conversations and asking thoughtful questions
  • Bring sound judgment, initiative, and consistent follow-through
  • Are comfortable using digital tools for communication and relationship management
  • Work well independently and can manage your own schedule and priorities
  • Value continued personal and professional growth
  • Want flexibility without giving up purpose or income potential

What You’ll Find
  • Remote work with a flexible schedule
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship
  • Proven systems, tools, and resources to follow
  • A supportive global professional community
  • Meaningful work in the leadership and personal development space
  • Performance-based income with no predetermined ceiling
  • Flexibility to structure your work around your goals and priorities
  • Opportunities to expand your reach within a global organization

How It’s Structured

This is a self-directed, performance-based role rather than a salaried position. Your results and income are based on your individual performance.

It is best suited to an experienced professional who values independence, is comfortable taking ownership of their activity and results, and is looking for a flexible alternative to a traditional employment structure.

Comprehensive training, established systems, and ongoing support are provided.
