Data Axle is looking for a college level student to assist our Client Services team as an intern. This is a great opportunity to help manage our client relationships across verticals.  The ideal candidate will be capable of assisting with the daily workflow of multiple initiatives to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist team lead with client projects as assigned.
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Technology, Agency, ESP, etc.) to issue a high-quality deliverable, mapped to client’s expectations and marketing goals.
  • Build relationships and establish strong bonds and trusting relationships with all client contacts, internal and external, as required.
  • Support in the development and execution of annual client-specific account plans that provide a marketing overview and direction for internal teams, illuminate areas for further improvement and set goals for exemplary service and support.
  • Possess clear understanding of clients’ business and category, including the competitive environment, industry products, and pricing strategies. 
  • Possess clear understanding of Data Axle’s products and services and how to apply it to effectively assist clients executing in support of business strategies.
  • Be highly responsive to business questions, requests and needs.
  • Work closely with internal management team to identify and resolve internal roadblocks to success (e.g., staffing quality, implementation approach).
Preferred Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 12 months prior work or internship experience is preferred.
  • Detail oriented and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and online marketing.
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
