This is a remote position.

We believe talented professionals shouldn’t be stuck trading time for a salary. The future belongs to people who can turn their expertise into ownership, income, and impact.

At Founder Studio, we help experienced professionals build real businesses by developing strong offers, generating consistent leads, and closing clients.

But there’s a gap most programmes don’t solve: Execution.

That’s where this role comes in.

The Opportunity

This is not just another remote role. You’ll be working directly with:

Senior tech professionals (Product Managers, Cybersecurity Experts, Consultants)

Founders and operators building real businesses

     A fast-growing company led by an award-winning, 7-figure founder

You’ll be at the centre of helping people go from “I know what to do” to “I’m actually getting clients.”

In the process, you’ll develop skills that are directly transferable to:

     Running your own agency

     Building a consulting business

Operating at a high level in growth or revenue roles

What You’ll Gain

     Fully remote work environment

Direct exposure to real client acquisition systems (offers, leads, sales)

Experience working with high-level professionals and founders

Hands-on ownership of lead generation and pipeline systems

A front-row seat to how businesses are built and scaled

This role is ideal for someone who eventually wants to build their own agency, consultancy, or coaching business.

The Role

Your core responsibility: Ensure clients consistently generate leads and conversations.

You will step in after the offer is defined and own execution across:

     LinkedIn outbound and messaging

     Content consistency

     Workshop and pipeline execution

     Weekly accountability and follow-through

Lead Sourcing & Outbound

You will also:

Identify high-intent opportunities (e.g., companies hiring for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GRC)

Extract decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs, hiring managers)

Turn these signals into targeted lead lists and outbound campaigns

Client Execution Oversight

You will work directly with clients to ensure:

     Outreach is happening consistently

     Opportunities are being sourced

     Content is being published

     Conversations are being generated

     Pipeline is being built

How You’ll Work

Run short, focused execution check-ins with clients

     Track activity and progress weekly

Identify where clients are stuck and fix it quickly

Create content samples on behalf of clients so they see what good looks like

     Maintain momentum between group sessions

What You Won’t Be Responsible For

     Offer creation

     High-level strategy

     Sales coaching

These are handled by the founder and leadership team.

Who You Are: Experience

You’ve done one or more of the following:

     LinkedIn outbound campaigns

     Agency or client services work

     SDR, setter, or appointment-setting roles

     Pipeline management

Traits

You’re likely a strong fit if you:

Have personally generated leads in a B2B context

Can connect opportunities to outreach strategies

Are comfortable using tools and figuring things out independently

     Enjoy execution more than theory

     Are comfortable holding people accountable

This Role Is Not For

Social media managers focused only on content creation

Virtual assistants who follow tasks but don’t think critically

Coaches who prefer advising over doing

Why This Role Matters

Our clients already have the knowledge. What changes their outcomes is:

     Consistent execution

     Better opportunities

     A strong pipeline

Your role is to make sure that happens.
