Position in this function is responsible for delivering services and maintaining Change Healthcare's on-premises PACS and Cloud-based products, primarily through remote support with occasional travel up to 20%. This role involves daily communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving and Stratus protocols. The position also entails conducting functional inspections, monitoring data for accuracy, and validating system performance. Additional duties include generating customer reports (e.g., progress updates, verifications, and exceptions), providing technical problems both remotely and on-site, conducting system trial runs to verify performance against specifications, and performing hardware/software installations, upgrades, system configurations, and quality testing in accordance with Radiology feedback for workflow and tool improvements, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of IT experience
  • Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS or DICOM
  • Experience with PACS
  • Experience in writing of SQL Plus and/or MS SQL queries and reports
  • Working on Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems
  • Understanding of client server architecture with regards to streaming data (especially image and demographic data) from the server to the client
  • Knowledge of Cloud Storage, SAN Storage or DVD/MO Jukebox or DLT Tape
  • Willing or ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Gitlab and Jira
  • Experience in leading and managing multiple projects, project management software skills
  • Experience in setting up of Google Transfer Appliances
  • Experience in writing of SQL Plus and MS SQL queries and reports
  • Understanding of medical imaging terminology and workflow
  • Knowledge of image processing techniques
  • Knowledge of HL7 processes
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Understanding of medical imaging terminology and workflow
  • Solid customer skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service attitude

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $66,200 to $137,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
