About Slay Markets

Slay Markets is a modern brokerage built to make trading accessible to everyone. We’re a futures brokerage operating under the Tradeify umbrella, in partnership with NinjaTrader, and we’re now expanding into prediction markets. Our clients get research tools, real-time data, and an experience that works the way it should.

We’re a growing team of people who care about getting things right, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of integrity. Support sits at the center of that. Clients trust us with their accounts and their money, and every conversation should earn that trust.

The Opportunity

You’ll join our client support team as we build it out and prepare to launch prediction markets. You’ll be a first point of contact for traders, answering account questions, explaining how markets work and resolve, and solving problems quickly in Intercom.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Support and learn our products hands-on, while taking real ownership of your queue.

What You Will Do
  • Handle client questions through Intercom chat, email, and tickets, with clear and accurate written replies

  • Help clients with account setup, verification, funding, withdrawals, and finding their way around the platform

  • Explain how prediction markets work, including contract structure, pricing, settlement, and how outcomes are decided

  • Work through market-specific questions during busy events, such as live sports and major news

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical problems to the right internal team

  • Track account changes, document submissions, and compliance questions through to resolution

  • Spot patterns in client questions and pass them to product and operations

  • Keep clean records of every client interaction in Intercom

  • Work with compliance, risk, and operations to keep the client experience smooth

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in financial services, trading, betting, or a similar client-facing setting

  • Working knowledge of sports betting, prediction markets, or event-based trading

  • Strong written communication: replies that are clear, friendly, and correct the first time

  • Hands-on experience with the Intercom help desk, including inboxes, macros, and ticket workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and accurate when ticket volume spikes

  • Knowledge of margin, settlement, and KYC/AML documentation

  • Time at a prop firm, FCM, or introducing broker

  • Good judgment about when to ask for help or escalate

Nice to Have
  • Futures brokerage knowledge

  • Experience with NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, or Rithmic

  • Experience with Intercom’s Fin AI agent or similar support automation

  • Additional languages

Why Join Slay Markets
  • Help build support for a new product from the start

  • A small team where your input gets used

  • A clear path to grow as the firm scales

  • Performance bonus

  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match

A Note on Our Hiring Process

At Slay Markets, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication. We want all applicants to be aware of this upfront so you can make an informed decision about applying. Final hiring decisions are always made by a member of our team.
