About Us: Supportiv is an on-demand peer-to-peer service that provides mental, emotional, and social support through live-moderated small group chats, open 24/7. 


Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of healthcare and technology. The Clinical Intern will work closely with our clinical team to support various projects aimed at enhancing our digital health platform, in particular overseeing peer support moderator performance, improving user engagement, and optimizing the clinical team's operational workflows.

Please note: This position does not include direct clinician supervision for MA/MS internship program requirements. Direct user and client interactions are also not part of this role.


Hours: 10-15 hours weekly.


Duration:
4 months minimum.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines for our peer support moderators.
  2. Support clinical performance and quality improvement data collection and analysis. 
  3. Contribute to performance feedback generation, organization, and distribution to peer support moderators. 
  4. Source and review mental and emotional health resources for credibility.
  5. Engage in collaborative evaluation of applicants’ eligibility to perform the peer support moderator role.
  6. Attend and contribute to peer support moderator virtual training sessions


Requirements:

  1. Located in the United States.
  2. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a behavioral health focused program (e.g. psychology, social work, family and human services). 
  3. Strong passion for behavioral healthcare innovation and digital health technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic online environment.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  8. Experience or strong interest in training and coaching is a plus.
