- Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
- Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

- PA: Successfully complete one of the following: a competency OR training program developed by the agency that meets the requirements identified in 28 Pa. Code § 611.55 OR A home health aide training program meeting the requirements of 42 CFR 484.36 OR A training program meeting the training standards imposed on the agency as a provider in a Medicaid Waiver or other publicly funded program providing PCS services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
- 6+ months of home care experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
