Position Overview:
The Commercial Insurance Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing commercial insurance products to achieve profitable growth while delivering an exceptional customer and distribution partner experience. This is a remote role, with our home office based in San Francisco, California.

This role combines market strategy, product development, underwriting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership to bring innovative insurance solutions to market and continuously improve existing products.

The Product Manager serves as the business owner for assigned products and collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, claims, technology, sales, marketing, legal, and operations to ensure products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with company strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for assigned commercial insurance products, including leading the design and implementation of new products and product enhancements

·  Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends.

·  Recommend new products, coverages, endorsements, and pricing strategies.

·  Define product vision, business cases, and financial objectives.
·  Draft coverage forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and product specifications.


Qualifications:

       Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.

       5–10+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.

       3+ years in Product Management, Underwriting, Product Development, or related roles focused on Commercial Property.
