& Development Program Manager (100% Remote).

HQ in Foster City, CA, or other US locations.
The Program Manager
will support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership
development programs for US Commercial teams. This role coordinates virtual and
in-person learning experiences, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external
vendors, and helps deliver engaging programs that strengthen leadership
capabilities and peer leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate
leadership development programs, including training sessions, cohort
communications, sustainment activities, and learner engagement.
- Support
development and delivery of training focused on communication, coaching,
analytics, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities.
- Manage
project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and status updates.
- Coordinate
training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting.
- Track
attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program impact.
- Partner
with Compliance, Legal, internal training teams, and external vendors to
ensure programs are effective and compliant.
- Facilitate
training calls, meetings, and workshops as needed.
- Identify
opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree.
- 5+
years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership
Development, and/or Program/Project Management.
- Strong
project coordination, organizational, communication, facilitation, and
stakeholder management skills.
- Experience
managing multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional
stakeholders.
- Proficiency
with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and
similar collaboration/project management platforms.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience
in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
- Experience
supporting Commercial, field-based, or leadership development programs.
- Experience
coordinating virtual and in-person training programs.
- Experience
with vendors/agencies and learning metrics, dashboards, feedback, or
completion reporting.
