Analyze and optimize enterprise IT systems, identify process improvements via technology, collaborate with IT on implementations, ensure data security compliance, and provide user training and support.

Provide technical and operational support for consumable and cartridge manufacturing, including process troubleshooting, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), process characterization, in-process controls, DOE/SPC statistical analysis, root cause investigations, documentation (ERP/SAP), audits/CAPAs, technology transfer, and continuous improvement in a GMP/ISO 13485 environment.

Report to Lab Head.

Conduct and monitor laboratory experiments under general supervision, analyze experimental data, document findings in electronic lab notebooks, prepare technical reports and presentations, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely results.

Lead and coach SAFe/ART and PI planning, manage integrated project plans, track KPIs/OKRs, mitigate risk, provide portfolio-level reporting, and drive process improvements to deliver diagnostics R&D projects.

Support contracting, purchase order and invoice tracking, accruals, and Sunshine Act reporting for Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Maintain contract records, ensure compliance with SOPs and purchasing/finance processes, collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, and assist with CDMA projects.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React/Next.js and Java/Node.js backends. Implement microservices, Kafka event-driven systems, ETL/data pipelines, and REST APIs. Ensure performance, write unit/integration tests, collaborate on CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architecture and design phases.

Support contracting, supplier payment tracking, and Sunshine Act reporting for Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Manage POs, accruals, and invoices; maintain contract records and CDMA tracking tools; ensure regulatory and process compliance; collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and project teams; and assist on CDMA special projects.

Process bi-weekly payrolls accurately for multiple employee groups; validate timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes; maintain ADP WorkforceNow records and audit Workday interface files; handle new hires, terminations, and LOAs; reconcile payroll reports; respond to employee payroll inquiries; support audits; collaborate with HR/Finance/Benefits and recommend payroll process improvements.

Manage laboratory calibration and qualification records, enter and maintain asset data in management systems, coordinate vendor services and scheduling, generate reports and metrics, support audits, track assets and shipping, and assist with data integration and administrative tasks in a regulated life-sciences environment.

Develop and deploy machine learning and Bayesian optimization workflows for molecular property prediction and molecular design. Engineer production-ready pipelines for probabilistic prediction, active-learning acquisition, and generative modeling. Collaborate with ML scientists, computational chemists, and biologists in drug-discovery campaigns.

Develop, implement, and maintain automated NGS bioinformatics pipelines. Perform variant calling, differential expression, annotation, and pathway analyses. Write reproducible Python/R scripts, adapt tools and algorithms, troubleshoot data quality, optimize pipelines, and collaborate with wet-lab scientists to interpret results.

Perform molecular biology tasks under minimal supervision including cloning, restriction digestion, ligation, bacterial transformation, sterile bacterial/cell culture, plasmid and nucleic acid analysis, and routine sample handling in a BSL-2 laboratory. Support culture collection, panel build activities, and use LIMS/eLN/JMP (preferred).

Develop and deploy machine learning methods for molecular design and optimization, build pipelines for probabilistic property prediction and Bayesian acquisition for active learning, and support molecular generative modeling and production-ready ML workflows within drug discovery.

Develop and apply image-processing pipelines and ML/DL models for whole-slide histopathology analysis. Collaborate with pathologists, manage large WSI datasets, perform statistical analysis and visualization, and document results.

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C/C++ software for advanced mask inspection systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and integrate system requirements, maintain and improve codebases, apply best practices in design and testing, and troubleshoot complex issues in Linux environments.

Provide hands-on support for Cobas Liat analyzers, perform equipment qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation in EDMS. Manage shipping/receiving, ensure GxP and lab safety compliance, and coordinate with internal teams in daily status meetings.

Analyze and interpret large datasets, develop reports and visualizations to deliver business insights, collaborate with teams to optimize data strategies, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support data-driven decision-making.

Perform high-throughput wet-lab clinical sample processing (DNA extraction, library prep, target enrichment, NGS). Design and execute experiments, analyze results, document findings and process improvements, and maintain organized electronic records.
