Define system requirements, develop test cases, execute verification and validation, troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain integration and verification documentation. Collaborate with assay, software, hardware, bioinformatics, and engineering teams while improving workflow automation and efficiency.

Supports global Phase I/II clinical trial execution from start-up through close-out. Provides operational leadership to cross-functional teams, CROs, vendors, and investigators; manages feasibility, timelines, risks, budgets, documentation, monitoring plans, drug supply forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Contributes to process improvement, organizational change, and patient- and site-centric trial delivery while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor.

Coordinate technical delivery for GenAI applications across engineering, product, data/AI, platform, security, and vendor teams. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, Jira backlogs, Confluence documentation, Agile ceremonies, UAT, release readiness, acceptance tracking, and delivery communications. Translate approved requirements into actionable work items and document technical architectures, APIs, data flows, integrations, and processes while escalating blockers and maintaining cross-team visibility.

Develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot IHC, CISH, histology, and tissue-based assays using human and animal tissues. Support drug discovery, target identification, validation, and preclinical research programs. Independently plan experiments, analyze results, recommend scientific improvements, enhance assay workflows and throughput, collaborate with research teams and external partners, and present findings to leadership.

Manage multiple concurrent IT projects supporting customer service applications and business operations. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets; leading execution; monitoring delivery; implementing dashboards, reporting improvements, processes, modules, and WIP initiatives; and collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones.

Develop, deploy, and industrialize machine learning solutions using structured and unstructured data across commercial and medical domains. Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, model validation, regulatory compliance, scalability, and reliability. Build end-to-end models from prototyping through production monitoring, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and apply predictive modeling, classification, regression, forecasting, and related analytics techniques.

Develop shared customer representations from longitudinal transaction, sales, and interaction data. Define modeling objectives, train and evaluate encoder and embedding models, assess downstream value, and deliver production-ready machine learning systems. Responsibilities include representation learning, temporal modeling, inductive representations, robust evaluation, leakage and cold-start analysis, calibration, drift monitoring, subgroup performance, and research-to-production deployment. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders while addressing privacy, fairness, and re-identification risks.

Build production-grade AI and NLP systems that verify generated claims against scientific, clinical, regulatory, and reference materials. Responsibilities include hybrid evidence retrieval, claim decomposition, entailment and contradiction detection, confidence scoring, abstention logic, human review workflows, evaluation dataset creation, error analysis, and traceable citation-based decisions. Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and scientific stakeholders to deliver high-stakes, reproducible AI solutions.

Conduct hands-on immunology discovery research investigating intracellular pathways, immune cell phenotypes, tissue migration, and inflammation. Isolate primary immune cells from human blood, perform molecular, biochemical, and cellular immunology assays, and use multidimensional flow cytometry to study disease pathways and validate therapeutic targets. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred work includes cell engineering, CRISPR-mediated knockout, rodent tissue collection, and single-cell or bulk RNA-seq data analysis.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI/ML and Generative AI products supporting commercial, medical, and government affairs. Creates product requirements, manages backlogs, partners with technical and business teams, builds ROI cases, drives experimentation and launches, and oversees responsible AI governance, scalability, compliance, and post-launch optimization. Requires strong executive communication and experience managing enterprise AI initiatives.

Conduct small laboratory animal in vivo studies, including animal monitoring, handling, dosing, sampling, necropsy, organ collection, dissection, and sample processing. Work with infectious or biohazardous materials while maintaining safe and ethical laboratory practices. Organize, analyze, and interpret experimental data; maintain documentation, inventory, and laboratory operations. The role requires collaboration, independent work, and occasional weekend or off-hours coverage.

Designs, implements, configures, supports, and troubleshoots enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing Cisco routers and switches, routing protocols, switching technologies, network upgrades, migrations, performance issues, vendor coordination, and network documentation. The role requires at least seven years of network engineering experience and strong Cisco routing and switching expertise. The role requires hands-on industry assay development experience and strong ELISA expertise, with preferred experience in automation, mammalian cell culture, mass spectrometry, and biomolecular interaction platforms.

Lead global Phase I/II clinical trial execution within early development. Oversee cross-functional Protocol Execution Teams, manage CROs/vendors, drive study start-up through close-out, ensure compliance with GCP/ICH, control budgets, mitigate operational risks, and mentor junior staff.
