We are looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups, delivering strategic and consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives, assessing risk profiles, and preparing proposals for both new business and renewals.

Your Impact:

  • Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with internal and external agents, producers, and carrier underwriters.

  • Leverage your commercial P&C insurance expertise to actively service existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.

  • Manage workflow with a high degree of personal accountability, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of deliverables.

  • Participate in the retention and renewal of business by collaborating with agents/producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and marketing strategies for insurance products.

  • Support the implementation of new lines of coverage, including setting up accounts, gathering required documentation, and reviewing plan details with stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate and timely coverage analyses and quotations for new and additional coverages.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • 2–5 years of Brokerage/MGA experience preferred, including P&C Commercial Lines experience

  • Valid state P&C license (college degree preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems

  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, rating procedures, compliance, and relevant legislation

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, agents, and underwriters

  • Insight into market trends and best practices to meet evolving client needs

Pay Range:

$51,000 - $65,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
