About Ceribell

Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country. Our entire team is driven by a shared commitment to transforming the landscape of critical care through our rapid seizure detection technology, come join the movement!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and curious thinker looking for a high impact role at a fast-growing Medical Device company. This role will be the right hand of the SVP with a big remit – own 2-3 of some of our highest priority programs and drive them to ultimate impact – increasing the amount of patient lives that we serve. These programs will be cross-cutting across product, GTM, sales (account acquisition and account management), marketing, and other functions. They require someone who really drives to seek truth, thinks comprehensively, and ultimately really care about driving patient impact.

This is a high visibility role with regular C-Suite and CEO engagement.

What you'll do:

Priority program ownership

  • End to end ownership of 2-3 priority programs that have high revenue impact for the next 2-3 years
    • SAM (serviceable addressable market) expansion program

Strategy and analytics

  • Develop and lead the strategy on how to increase SAM across different population segments
  • Support the SVP on priority analytics tied to high-impact initiatives
  • Develop tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for top strategic programs (e.g., operationalization of new products, impact measurement of new teams)
  • Develop programs and strategics to improve pediatric ED penetration and utilization
  • Create core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support comp (working with comp resources)

Operationalization of programs

  • Translate the strategy to action – what does each person, what is measured, what are the targets, and what is the operating model and cadence?
  • Lead the operating cadence – both understanding what works and diving deep to understand what doesn’t – to continuously improve the program
  • Leverage AI to improve productivity, accelerate analytics, and automate business processes tied to owned programs and analytical priorities

Cross functional collaboration

  • Build credibility and trusted relationships across the sales organization, clinical, product, GTM, and other functions

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience a top tier management consulting focusing on transformation and implementation
  • 1+ years of experience managing teams – team leader, engagement manager, etc.
  • 2+ years of commercial and/or product initiatives
  • 2+ years of medical device, pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or a related discipline
  • Strong judgment and integrity, balancing efficiency with the rigor required for sensitive compensation processes
  • Comfortable with AI (LLMs, AI analytics) – not an expert, but should be able to vibe code if needed
  • Analytical skills, including automation, complex formulas
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex logic or compensation structures to non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ownership mindset
