Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Operations Manager to support a high-performing team of Communications Business Partners. This is a hands-on role for an operations professional who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, coordinating multiple priorities, and enabling teams to work efficiently.
The Communications Operations Manager will manage day-to-day team operations, coordinate internal engagement activities, maintain calendars and communication channels, develop processes and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Required Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate operations, administration, coordination, program management, communications operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating complex workstreams.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement teams.
- Experience coordinating internal events, town halls, leadership meetings, or employee engagement programs.
- Experience developing SOPs, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
- Experience with knowledge management and shared drive organization.
- Graphic design or presentation design experience is a plus.
