About the Role

We are hiring a Compensation Manager to own and evolve our compensation and benefits programs. This role will ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy, while building scalable total rewards frameworks for growth. This role will own implementation, refinement, and long-term stewardship of Reflection’s Total Rewards philosophies. Over time, this leader will grow into a trusted voice with executive stakeholders, shaping how we think about pay, equity, incentives, and competitiveness.

You’ll operate in an environment that values both pace and rigor, balancing thoughtful risk assessment with pragmatic decision-making that keeps the business moving.

What You’ll Do

Compensation Ownership

  • Manage compensation bands, benchmarking, and pay governance

  • Partner on offer approvals and workforce planning

  • Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness

Performance & Pay Cycles

  • Lead annual and off-cycle compensation review processes

  • Translate performance outcomes into merit and promotion decisions

  • Provide clear compensation analytics to leadership

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee benefits programs in partnership with our PEO

  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements as we scale

  • Support future transition planning to a standalone benefits structure

Total Rewards Integration

  • Partner cross-functionally on equity and total rewards design

  • Maintain a holistic view of cash + equity competitiveness

What You Bring

  • 6–10+ years of compensation experience in high-growth technology companies

  • Deep expertise in benchmarking, pay governance, and merit cycles

  • Experience overseeing benefits programs

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with compensation data

  • Familiarity with equity compensation structures (a plus)

  • AI industry experience strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of US compensation practices; UK exposure is a plus
