About the position

The Compliance Analyst analyzes and monitors regulatory changes, implements compliance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure organizational adherence to regulations. 

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures. 
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. 
  • Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments. 
  • Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School diploma, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
  • Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team.
  • Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo.
  • Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies. #LI-NA1

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
